The double-acting Hydraulic Crimping Head is used for pressing of overhead steel-cored aluminium strand and intermediate connecting pipe of steel strand and tension clamp of transmission line above 110KV, normally connected with ultra high pressure pump.

1. Using high strength alloy steel forging processing and exquisite heat treatment to ensure the strength and service life of the equipment.
2. The Hydraulic Crimping Tool is suitable for crimping of over 110kV overhead strain sleeve and continuous operation of underground cable.
3. The maximum tube sleeve size is 76mm, the crimping surface is wide, and the number of crimping is small, which can reduce the crimping deformation and control the elongation.
4. The double acting hydraulic cylinder can avoid the problem of spring fatigue and slow reset, and can shorten the reset time of piston and improve the working efficiency.
5. The movable mould can assist the operator to take out the mould easily after crimping.
6. The rotary die cover can be opened and closed quickly, which makes the operation and positioning easier.
7. Simple design, easy maintenance.
8. Equipped with quick connector, convenient for loading and unloading.
9. It must be equipped with ultra-High Pressure Hydraulic Pump. The pump is not included in the factory. It can be selected according to customers.
10. The factory does not include mold, specific mold specifications and models, need to be matched according to customer needs.

1. Select the mold according to the principle that the outer diameter of the pressure pipe is equal to the diagonal dimension of the press mould.
