Product Description
The Swivel Joint Connector is suitable to connect the pulling rope to the mesh sock joint mounted on the conductor, they are mounted on thrust bearings and they are designed to avoid torsion stain accumulation. They are made of highly tensile galvanized steel, the special design can bear the high radial loads, which occur during the passage over the pulleys.
Points for attention:
1. Overload is prohibited.
2. Rotating Swivel Joint connector is forbidden to enter the traction machine drum and winch drum.
3. Before use, check and confirm that all parts are in good condition.
4. After connection, Swivel Joint shall be able to swing flexibly without the display card group.
5. The pin shaft shall be tightened, and the pin shaft sleeve must be installed when it is connected with the cable buckle of the traction rope inserting plate and the ring sleeve of the mesh sleeve connector.
6. The Swivel Connector shall be maintained regularly to keep good lubrication.
7. Avoid mixing with corrosive articles and corrosion.
