Product Description

The Swivel Joint is suitable to connect the pulling rope to the Wire Mesh Sock mounted on the conductor. Rotating Swivel Joint is mounted on thrust bearings and are designed to prevent torsion strain. Swivel Joint Connector is made of high-tensile galvanized steel. This special design can handle high radial loads which occur when passing over pulleys.

The swivel joint connector is suitable to connect the pulling rope to the mesh sock joint mounted on the conductor, they are mounted on thrust bearings and they are designed to avoid torsion stain accumulation. They are made of highly tensile galvanized steel, the special design can bear the high radial loads, which occur during the passage over the pulleys.

Cable rotating pulling swivel joint connectorr is connected to the tool cable buckle or traction plate through the pin shaft and pin sleeve at both ends and bears the tension. The internal structure adopts plane thrust ball bearing to bear the axial load at both ends, and two radial ball bearings are equipped to guide to bear the radial load imposed by the pulley groove of paying off pulley. Functional performance:
Swivel Connector is a special connecting tool for overhead transmission line stringing construction. It is used to connect traction rope and ground wire, main traction rope and guide rope in the traction and laying process, or the new coil head and the old coil tail when the conductor is changed, and eliminate the torque. The swivel connector can be directly connected with the traction rope and the grounding wire, or through the traction plate. The swivel connector can rotate freely in the positive and negative directions under the load-bearing state, which has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, light height, convenient assembly and disassembly, and can reduce the damage of traction rope and ground wire.

Points for attention:
1. Overload is prohibited.

2. The rotating swivel joint is forbidden to enter the traction machine drum and winch drum.
